Anna is CFO at Kubermatic, No.1 Kubernetes firm in Europe serving blue chip clients with cloud native software solutions and services. Her current responsibilities include finance, people and operations.

With Kubermatic's team spread across 25 countries she is an expert on how to build an innovative and engaged remote culture in the New Work era.

Furthermore, she has a track record in driving digital innovation and efficiency and over ten years leadership experience in technology companies. Having worked with C-Level executives in telecommunication and software corporates, she is at ease with both the startup and the listed companies. She enjoys building networks between small and large and can leverage how they can complement each other.

Previously, she pursued an international education on five continents speaking five languages and a doctorate in innovation management. Prior to joing Kubermatic, Anna has held finance and operations roles at Rocket Internet, Nemetschek SE and Vodafone.

As a mother of two, she is an active advocate for Women in Tech. Anna serves on the board of Working Moms e.V. and mentors students during their academic final theses.
